I WAS WRONGFULLY BANNED FOR USING 3RD PARTY SOFTWARE

I have been submitting multiple tickets on this, none of the responses have been helpful. each person won't tell me anything other than something was detected, but they can't tell me what was detected or what I can do about this. From the last ticket I sent I was basically told that since a thing was detected, I am permanently banned and nothing I can do about it. I seriously don't use any programs that give my any kind of in game advantage! I don't know what you detected, but I don't use anything at all other than overwolf and discord... I got told that there's nothing I can do, too bad basically but I have spent too much time and effort into this game to give up on this... this is actually ridiculous! I would never use programs like that! I always try my best to be respectful in nice to all players, I don't even bm! My account is clean, (I don't remember any punishments, at least) now, out of nowhere I get permanently banned since something in the system thinks they found a program that helps me in game? maybe I have something on my computer that helps games run or something, but overwolf apps and hextech repair tool are the only programs that I even know about related to league on my pc! I swear! please if anybody else has experienced these errors in the automated bans system, PLEASE, tell riot through these, upvotes, or tickets so they can know that there's an issue. I have spent so much time and effort in this game and this is a horrible feeling to have it all taken away without explaination any further than "you are banned, we can't tell you what program we found, we will keep telling you the same reply." etc

EDIT: using the live chat feature in the ticket submit area, I was able to get an actual person to look into the case instead of repeating an automated bot message/repeated message of what the bot found and they found an error, I was unbanned
