Behavior Warnings?
Just a few questions about what it takes to get a warning, think i've had (2?) in the past 4 months since i started playing again. (unless 3-4 games of legitimate verbal abuse warrant it then i can certainly say i'm not being offensive, or harassing anyone verbally). any game i could think of besides the 3-4 (literally) that are mentioned which were 40 minutes of people repeatedly commiting suicide under the same circumstance, feeding intentionally and otherwise yelling at the team for their own failures, which admittedly sends me way over the edge, Evey rarely leading me to be quite nasty towards a troll. (i don't like to mute people it hampers ANY possible hope of communication)
other than that the only things i could even begin to consider the source being the the usual statement during someone else's bad game of trying to either A: suggest politely they stop being a moron (not in those words), B: telling a troll politely at first, and relatively firmly later should they persist to, and i admit, stop being a jackass. though the later only occurs after they have been yelling at the team for a good 20 minutes +.
somewhere in Tribuneral facts i did find that "retaliation is wrong", however i find it thoroughly insane if calling someone a moron once after 40 minutes of them constantly screaming at the entire team is considered a ban worthy offense. Everyone has a limit, when its myself being yelled at i can easily ignore it, when its someone else being picked on I'll be damned if i don't have a word or two to say about it.
Now that the explanations done i have a few questions:
1: Does Riot still monitor ALL chat logs or does the tribuneral handle it?
2: do warnings come before tribuneral reviews or after?
3: Can i somehow (that i haven't found yet) Get ahold of what reports and chat ogs have been filed against me?
4: Is it really fair to listen to entire teams be trolled and not be allowed to say anything other than "have a nice day MR. Troll?"
I get it, really i do but i i never call anyone any truly offensive name (I.E. The N word, Gay, Jew etc) i avoid it like the plague, is an attempt to talk common sense into someone red with rage the entire game truly such a terrible offense? (as i admit the worst word i use is moron) It just doesn't seem right to me we cant possibly be allowed to say anything back without it being deemed "verbal harassment", Maybe i should mute people but honestly if i did i don't know who exactly would be unmuted in half the game, i haven't worked my ELO back up and don't see it happening any time soon, I've been gone since s3 started. And honestly the number of trolls I've seen now vs then is staggering, it looks to me like the tribuneral implementation didn't fix anything. Thoughts?
P.S. I'm well aware this post could sound like a justification which it isn't if i've broken rules I'll admit to it but I'd like some evidence of what i did not just a popup saying "you're behavior isn't "up to snuff". That to me seems like a load of crap, fine don't give me the players names at least give me the actual GAME report. And as a last note; i can't think of any other game where defending yourself verbally without going as far as to say "i will track you down and rip your nads off!" is a bannable offense, much less calling someone a moron. Derogatorily? yes. usually Bannable? Not in my experience. If it is, well shit I'm tempted to mute everyone i meet so i don't need to deal with any of it, As it is i never have /all chat on anyways.
