If you have been punished previously, these are all worth a permaban. If that %%%%% is a racist or homophobic slur, it's worth a permaban by itself. Ban deserved. Try reading the Support Site more often

What is just this instance or was it multiple instances? Riot tolerates infrequent raging but they do punish frequent toxicity. On your new account that you will inevitably create I suggest the following: Say something nice or not at all. People respond poorly to being told what to do on league even if it is constructive criticism. I understand the irony in that I am telling you what to do.
