lvling a new account is literal HELL !!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I've been perma banned for 2nd time so I decided to make a new account and I am at lvl 21ish atm and its the literal HELL ON EARTH lvling it there is always someone who is AFK or instalocker, troller its impossible to play it and lets not forget about matchmaking one game I had lvl 15 jg enemy team had 1053 lvl JG from DIAMOND and idk who he even played with us but that is not acceptable. I can't imagine how it is it for new players in the LoL if there are any how can they play this and how can they fall in love with the game. I have been playing since 2013 got 2 accounts perma banned and I am used to this and it still annoys me the fuck out so I cant imagine for a new player how he feels.

Here's a theory: after two permabans and reading your rant, Im confident you are still negative and still pollute your games. You are the only common point of all your games. Feel free to share your last 100 chat logs. You can request them via a GDPR ticket. Looking forward to read them.

Here's a fact: there's one MMR per queue. So yes, its possible to have SoloQ Diamond player in a normal game with low levels.
