Chat Restrictions + Loot

I couldn't get look while my chat restrictions were up. I finished all them and after every game it says I don't have have loot privileges help bug or am I really not able to get loot just because of 1 chat restriction?

it's not a bug. one punishment is all it takes. i had a chat restriction about two weeks ago, since then i have been friendly, encouraging, and if i've had nothing nice to say, i've kept my mouth shut. now i am earning loot again. just be good and give it time.
