Xayah flamed and blamed everybody but herself, and Vladimir was literally inting. This is ridiculous that I got banned for defending myself and my duo partner, as well as the support who was getting flamed by Xayah for no reason either. I have been nothing but positive to my teammates who are not toxic players.

Also, you wouldn't know whether or not the player got punished. Odds are high, if someone reported them, they did get punished.

so let me get this straight you cant say people are playing bad you cant say what people did in chat you cant recommend others report for seriously egregious conduct ie kys feeding etc you cant type anything negative you cant type whats actually happening ie "he's inting" you cant DO ANYTHING besides POSITIVITY EVERYBODY POSITIVITY YEEEEEE lmao, who acts like this in real life? who doesnt state whats going on? i mean cmon do you actually have real people working in your offices or non social robots... I don't feel like I said "this was deserved." If you repeat toxic phrases, it's not helping the situation. That much is certain. They treat things like hate speech and kys pretty severely, which is why it's given very harsh penalties, even when you're joking about it.

I don't expect everyone to play with 100% positivity all the time. You get frustrated and lose your cool. It happens. It's a competitive game. You get punished when you make it routine, or when you're over the top toxic (saying kys, for instance).

His title indicated that he was unsure of why he got a punishment, and I explained why I thought that was levied against him. If anything, I fell short not directing him to a support ticket.

What you should be asking is this: if he got a 2-week ban 5 days ago, why was he playing 2 days ago?

I'm sorry to give you this reality check, but this is not how the world works. Not in video games, not in any other real world scenarios. You can't accept the rules and then break them in hopes of no repercussions. Better learn that lesson early than late, trust me.

Nobody forces you to play this game. If you don't like the rules, don't play this game. If you want to play this game, you have to accept and play by the rules. Those are your only options. And your opinion that the rules are 'retarded' have zero impact on this reality. No matter how much and how loud you whine.

One of your point is correct though, the LoL community is the worst among all games (at least among those I've played). And this is the reason the rules exist, to get rid of the worst kind of players. That means that there will be some rules you might not like, but you have to accept in order to play and keep playing the game.

all the system did was create more accounts, i think people who are trly toxic like the game... tbh why would soemone whos bad and doesn't like the game rage.... they dont. i have 5 accounts and have had others permaban plus u can just buy a lvl 30 account for a tiny bit of money. this account infact is perma baned for super minor stuff i told someone he ws crying and was just mockign him calling him a baby and riot constituted that as a perma ban lmao. i think the company is ran by a bunch of extrmely sensitive nerdy kinda people tbh but thats an opinion of mine i dont know if its true

Everyone makes mistakes, that is true. that's why when you say "you suck", you will get a 10 games chat restriction . not a ban. then when you make another mistake, you get a 20 games chat restriction. not a ban. then when you make another mistake you get a 14 day ban. not a permaban. only THEN if you make another mistake, you get permabanned. See, Riot gives you many many 2nd chances.

However, if you say something worse, like something homophobic or racist, then this is not a mistake, but it mirrors you actual personality. And then you will get a harsher punishment right away, because unlike people who just make mistakes, we don't want people with that kind of mentality among us, to begin with.

That's half a year . That's nothing. It doesn't matter the number of games. At least not significantly. Being reformed over a longer period of time with some continuous games counts way more than being reformed over a large number of games in a short period of time.

For instance, if you say "I've been reformed for 100 games" that could mean either you played a game a day and thus were good for 3 months. Or it could mean that you were playing 10 games a day and thus only have been reformed for a little over a week.

Everyone can hold his shit together for a week. That's why reforming is not about # of games, it's about the time involved. And thus: No, 6 months is NOTHING.

terms and conditions aren't meant to be read through, learned this in law class, there a reasonable assumption document meaning you reasonable understand whats on it like don't copy write don't sell the game down hack the game anything super special out of the ordinary has to be brought up to you like extra fees or whatever it cant just be thrown in the text plus he probably did not know the terms and conditions because i dint even know about the kys thing until i was reading the forums for a while. plus hes right u cant say stuff out of context even not directed out someone for? what are u 12 you cant handle someone just saying the word even if its not directed at anybody hes just pointing out for others that missed it what happened? you seriously need socialization if u think thats an issue... get out more the world isnt pixies and fairy dust what this guy did was not bad at all he shouldnt be banned or punished...

They are meant to be read. If you don't read it, and you break the rule, it's your fault. Easy as that.

It doesn't matter how old people are or what they can handle, the only thing that matters is that this is a 0 tolerance policy, and if you don't understand how a 0 tolerance policy works, read up on it. That's all you need to know, and maybe then you understand why the punishment was justified.

Hmmmm.....

Let's have you submit a ticket to https://support.riotgames.comand have them review your punishment. Depending on your behavioral history, they may revert the punishment.

That said, there is no need to ask for reports. 1 report = 9 reports and more reports don't get someone punished faster. The system is purposely programmed that way to prevent premade teams from abusing that poor solo dude.

If what you said is true, then it's a false positive and you can open up a player support ticket.

If you made it up and tried to get someone reported and punished (it has happened, Tantram has called people out on it before), your punishment may be escalated (someone claimed they were a victim but when Tantram read the whole chat log, plus several other chat logs in that player's file, it was a pattern of lying to the enemy team about what someone said in all chat and trying to get reports on a player. The person got escalated because of it and he was already complaining about a 14 day ban and in the punishment escalation system, the only escalation after a 14 day ban is a permaban. I'll find the link later if I remember but it's quite an old thread).
