If it helps, I actually upvoted. I uninstalled the game last saturday after finally having enough of all the toxicity (when you have to report 60% of your teammates, it kinda says something), played an overwatch clone and gained 10lbs off the back of it, with weight being another stress-related thing I've kinda struggled to deal with over the past little while.
As far as I can tell, the game isn't so much "broken" as "ignored". Bronze has almost become a stereotype of itself with how bad it has gotten, with players constantly inting/trolling/being toxic in what looks to be new record highs. In addition, it looks as if rito legitimately doesn't care about it, focusing their replies on things like gameplay/esports instead of the player moderation section. While many might not see it or do but choose to entirely ignore it, the overall state of the game has quite a few of the people I talk to wondering if perhaps blizzard is getting it right.
