I have recently been banned because of charge-backs, due to me canceling my card soon after I bought some RP. It's fine I am not complaining over paying riot back, but I do want to know about how long it takes for them to take my Prepaid cards through support, unban my account, and get back to me. Any help on this subject will be much appreciated!
The repay.leagueoflegends.com portal usually restores accounts almost instantly; however, as this is a standard billing/account ticket, it'll probably take on average 3-5 days (could be sooner or later depending on request load) before support responds to your ticket and/or restores your account. If after a week, there's no update on your ticket, please let me know and I can follow up with support for you.
My friend was in the exact same situation. His card was stolen and used so the credit company did a mass chargeback for him which included a paymemt to riot.
Support was really cool about it and he got unbanned within 24 hours of repaying his debt.
Might be longer for you though because Support is really backed up this month.
