how many games have you played since the ban was lifted?
There was a guy who told us on the forums that he got his rewards after a 14-day ban. I counted 134 games on his op.gg
from what ive seen on the forums. and this isnt exact. but it's roughly 40 games per punishment tier of not being validly reported. that number is reduced by about half for games where you're positive as opposed to neutral, so it evens out to about 30 games also. its on a different scale than the strike system. so just because you have hextech rewards doesnt mean you've dropped tiers and just because you've dropped tiers doesnt mean you've earned hextech back
