How Do I Recover My Banned Account?
My lol account was suspended due to "third party program". But I've never use anything like that. Any way, I want to recover my account. Is there anyway I can do it? Like a phone call, email or something?

No. It's called a permanent ban for a reason. Nothing what you can do. Go play other games.
Talk to whoever you shared your account with, because they likely did.
You're a Flash on D person. You're extremely consistent about this. The other person swapped what keys they put their Flash and TP on. I know it's not you just having a different key you prefer for TP, since you go back and forth on that too.
You likely account shared or elo boosted, and the person who was using your account was the one with the third party program that got your account banned.
Send in a ticket and ask them what they detected that triggered you to be banned. They will give you an automated message at first saying that you were banned for 3rd party program blah blah blah, ask them for someone to help you out with your situation and you will most likely get your account back.

Nobody ever changes their main flash key, unless you prefer a certain summoner on your flash key. I use the summoner spell system for my F key as Smite > Snowball > Flash > Ghost (I don't take flash as 
) Personally for my D key I use Flash (IF and only if I have smite/snowball) TP > Heal > Exhaust > Ignite
