Report Rehab - integrated behavior improvement database

Toxicity is a big problem we all encounter while playing the game. After we report whatever player has behaved awfully, they'll most likely get penalized, if your report was true. However, how do we stop them from getting reported again? Only they can stop us from reporting them, by changing their behavior.

The answer is: knowledge. A post-game popup, very much like the popup that says you've been mean or left games too much, could fill players in on what they should improve themselves on. Either literally, or by sorting out essential keywords. Those keywords would have partnered keywords in an article database on the web or on the launcher, labeled for example "Improve your game experience". On the same post-game popup, there would be 1-3 behavior improving articles to teach toxic or stubborn players about why other behaviors is better than the one they mantle.

As a Visual Example.

Summoner, you have been reported for harassing your teammates/negative attitude.(This behavior can cause your account to be banned) Would you like to see the chat log from the game? If you have been reported, you probably did something that offended your teammates. Here are some related articles to improve your, and other people's experiences. Why positive attitudes win games How to avoid in game arguments How to tell your teammate what went wrong For your own, and others' future fun, please read one of these articles to improve as a summoner. [OK](or a confirmation word field with button)

End of suggestion.

Why such a system?

  1. Riot already has the loading screen tips "Less flame, win the game" things going on, so it would go in line with their policies.
  2. Lots of League of Legends personalities already have a bunch of tips and tricks of how to improve your game, but it's not integrated in the game itself. Making that knowledge easily accessible for the entire community would help not only toxic players become less toxic, but also help average players improve their game.
  3. The current system only punishes, but doesn't try to rehabilitate. If you draw a parallel between different prison systems and this one, a rehabilitation based system would see less re-occurring reports.
  4. It would be more visual from Riot's side (an authority) that this behavior is to seize or the player will be punished.

This is a wonderful idea, obviously its quite a bit of programming and I would understand them having to wait a bit since there is a lot of preseason stuff going on atm. None the less if I could hit the upvote 10 times on this I would...fully support this.
