How do I submit an appeal for a banned account?

Sup ma dudes. Ive been playing league for a long time, and have gone through multiple accounts, but I was wondering if there was any way to get back a banned account. It was for mad trash talk, but Ive definitely matured from the young trash talking COD player I once was. If there is a way to renew my account with $1000 bucks in it, id love you long time!

If the ban wasn't issued in error, then the punishment is liable to stick.

You submit a ticket through the support page to appeal a ban.

You boned, to be blunt. You already admitted to being at fault. Riot only appeals accounts if they're responsible for the ban(money chargebacks) Gl in your appeal, let us know if it works https://support.riotgames.com
