I know everyone has had bad days and games that really piss them off. like today I had a game where people were trolling in a group and i got tilted and flamed. we would engage a fight, and the adc would leave me alone. I was toxic in this 1 game, but now i got a 10 game chat ban the 2nd of a season which i was toxic in a game almost 6 months ago.... So im toxic in 1 game outa of 100's I get a 10 game chat ban and have to wait 6-8 months to build my honor to 2 to get benefits? And these people who troll dont get in trouble i dont get it

Well first of all, your punishment tier DID decrease then due to the time of not being toxic, as your punishment was not escalated past 10 day. Second, toxic in 1 out of 100 is still pretty bad. I have been playing this game for over 4 years and have yet to even receive a warning for being toxic. It is quite possible to achieve that.

It's meant to be an incentive to not get punished - wouldn't be much of an incentive if no-one missed out. No point having a reward for not being toxic if toxic people get it as well. Some people have built up their honour much faster - if you don't flame at all and are honourable then you'll build it up faster.

People who troll get caught eventually, but it takes a lot longer. Report them and type in what they did and they'll get their due.

The system punishes based on consistency x severity. So Unless you used hate speech, you don't get punished for 1 game.

The reform card only slows you 1-5 recent games as examples of unacceptable behavior, but it doesn't mean you were punished for thay one game alone.

Honor rewards based on consistent neutral to putative behavior. Penalties punish based on consistent negative behavior. Sounds pretty fair to me.
