14 days and 2 hours ago I got a 14 day suspension, the time has been served, and yet I still can't play. In the message box that alerts you of your ban it says I will be unbanned on October 6th at 11:57 PM. It is 1:17 AM on October 7th and I still cannot play. Why is this?

Difference in time zone. It's based off California's time zone I believe.

Holiday weekend probably so employees are on vacation and don't care

You have to wait till it gets to that time for their HQ and not your timezone. Give it and hour or two before you can play again.
