Came back after around 4 years, account permanently suspended?

Hello,

I have been playing LoL since around 2010, even bought the boxed edition in the day, and spent a lot of money on characters/outfits. Around 2012-2013 I had went back for awhile, then stopped playing. Did not have any issues at the time.

Now I just tried to go back, and it is telling me my account has been permanently suspended and to check email for more information?

I searched through my email and was NOT sent any information. I am positive it is the current up to date email btw, bc i had to do forgot password, so my account does not seem to have been compromised.

The last email I received before my missing pw emails, was "Suit Up for Snowdown!" at the end of 2014. Last email before that was "Important information about my account" which is talking about reserving my player name, and says do not worry if I do not log in I can change name if it is taken upon returning.

Then the one earlier than that was in 2013 about important security update and password reset. The email was not checked, I do not recall if that was before or after the date I last logged in.

As I keep searching through, no emails at all regarding a suspension. I looked back all the way until my forgot password emails in 2012.

I am assuming maybe it was due to never updating security information....? But shouldn't they have at least emailed me if that was an issue...?

I have put a ticket in over 24 hours ago now and no response... but it's a shame I missed my whole weekend break because of this...

Is there any known issues regarding anything like this? Any other way I can retrieve my account without waiting an undetermined amount of time for them to get to my ticket...?

This does not seem fair at all.. as I have not done anything wrong, and it seems Riot has not even done their part by giving me information about what is going on at all... nor a way to get this handled in a reasonable amount of time.
