How do I get out of honor level 0??

I have been in honor level 0 for about two months at this point, but maybe even longer. From what I understand, I was banned for 14 days for saying the phrase "suck my nuts". I haven't received any updates about my honor level, and I'm honestly contemplating just never playing league again. I love the game because of the variety of the champions and how every game is different, but it feels impossible to progress and buy new champions when I'm not getting any honor capsules like I used to. I get honored pretty much every game but it's just been too long. I don't know how to end this and it was all because I said "suck my nuts"?? Like really???? I've been called much worse and I'm sure that other people have gotten away with much worse. If anyone knows how to help please let me know. Thanks and have fun!
