WTF riot.. permanent ban with out any warning. And LOLnexus is often used by a lot players. Why don't you guys ban them?

Unless they explicitly said that you were banned for using LoLNexus, by name, it's highly unlikely that was the reason why.
Your reply from Rot is going to be:
"Hello summoner, while you did not use 3rd party programs on your account, you did allow a friend and/or booster to play 4 ranked games (your gold promos) 8 months ago. We hold all summoners responsible for their account etc"

It seems highly unlikely that LolNexus is to blame unless they have something that is against Riot ToS. I don't use LolNexus so I wouldn't know. So it has to be something else. Did you give your account info to anyone else? Is this account even yours? As in did you buy the account? Did you buy a boosting service? While those questions aren't related to using 3rd party programs. With Riot they all fall under that when they ban these types of players with the Ban Waves!

I can 100% say that you were not banned for lolnexus....... That is just a website. It has no interaction with league. You were banned for something else. What 3rd party programs you have used or been used by others playing on your account I can't say. However I can with 100% certainty say that you were not banned for going to lolnexus.

I am just going to assume you got banned for third party programs. That being the case, sites like lolnexus/op.gg and so on use the authorized Riot API to gather data to mine ratios and champion/summoner info. that is it.
