I got banned because someone will not play the game in a ranked match. Jungler 0/0/1 refuses to help in teamfights, contesting objectives, or defending objectives. And I get banned because I had a little temper. Yeah I was mad. I was in my promos and someone is ruining it for me. Its okay for him to ruin my game and I can't be mad at it?

In other words; you got banned for flaming, and are trying to pin the blame on someone else. You will never be punished for someone else's actions, and other people's poor behavior does not excuse your own.

No one is saying that it's okay for them to ruin your game, and nobody's saying you can't be angry about it.
You're just not allowed to spill that vitriol into the chat. There are a blue billion different venting methods, the vast majority of which are doubtless ten times more effective than typing ineffectually to someone who probably, for all intents and purposes, does not care what awful things you have to say to them.
Hell, chances are, they want you to flame them, and you doing so is letting them win. It's common internet wisdom that you should not feed the troll.
Just dont type that's all that matters to riot. You can literally run it down and they won't do anything to you so theres no use getting upset over it bc they rlly dont care

Im confused. They banned you for having a little temper tantrum, or for having someone refusing to play? First one makes sense, second one makes no sense at all. Im gonna assume it was for your temper tantrum, and not the blatant lie of being banned for someone else's actions. That would be dumb, and I think you know thats not why you got banned.
So what you're saying is Riot's stance on other people ruining games for everyone is "we don't care just be nice" right? Ok I can do that. I can be nice about it. Basically I should just troll everyone because it doesn't matter right? If I hadn't made a big deal about this Riot wouldn't even consider looking at the gameplay about the riven ruining 4 other peoples game. It takes me flaming someone for them to actually look at the gameplay. If they dont say anything all game just actively try not to win they will not look at the game. Proof?

**I get that having a player who is actively not trying to win the game is a very tilting experience, and the Riven from that game's conduct will be looked into accordingly, but I won't be able to discuss our investigations or any actions taken due to our privacy policies. ** That being said, you are still responsible for your own behavior on the rift, even in the face of negative behavior from others, and because you were using homophobic slurs which are something we take a firm stance against regardless of the context, a two-week suspension was placed on your account, and we will not be lifting or reducing it in any fashion.
I sincerely do want to help you avoid any future penalties as this two-week suspension is meant to serve as a final warning about your negative behavior, and to stress the importance of improving your conduct on the rift as the next penalty on your account could be a permanent suspension. The best advice I can give here is to try to keep your chat strictly related to destroying the enemy nexus and encouraging your teammates, including taking advantage of pings to help strategize, and if you find yourself tempted to respond to the negativity of others with your own to try to find an alternative outlet such as venting out loud in real life, or using Emotes liberally (my own personal strategy). You c an also disable chat via the interface menu.

It took me complaining about being banned for them to look into it. I used a homophobic slur in one game. I was honor lvl 4. I'm sick of people like this being in my games. Reporting doesn't work and you know it.
Apparently. I was honor 4 I generally don't call anyone out but they constant people that just feed and make other peoples games horrible with no repercussions proves that all that matters to riot is that you don't have bad language in the game.
