@Riot Why was I banned
I could understand a ban for me, i'm pretty toxic at points, but I wasn't ever emailed the description on my ban. What do i do?

Send a support ticket (the Support button is on the bar at the top of this page) and ask for an explanation. If you were banned you should've received a popup when you attempted to log in, as well as an email containing additional info. If those did not show up, it's possible you were banned by mistake.
If you didn't get an email or anything in the client saying why with/without chat logs then that means you got banned by a Rioter and not by the system. Contact support for assistance.
What do I do?
Not be toxic.
Is there a Riot official guide of what is considered "toxic?" It is such a vague term.
