People are allowed to be bad.

League of Legends Match History

Foreward: I just came out of a normal, draft pick game where I got flamed from start to finish because I didn't give up the ADC role to someone who wanted it, and because I built incorrectly.

Excuse me for not following every ebb and flow of the meta and who's building what. Sorry that I miss some CS. I apologize when I make a misplay and end up getting ganked and die.

But that's my point. People are allowed to be bad. The only way to get better is to play the game. So telling someone to uninstall makes no sense to me from a logical standpoint.

And yet, in my last match, I got flamed for:

  • Not giving up the role I'd picked, and gotten placed in.
  • Taking the "wrong" keystone.
  • Not following up with "enough damage" when the Yi Jungle ran face first into the Leona/Ezreal botlane and lost 90% of his health in less than 2 seconds.
  • "Frontlining" when I'm at the edge of the fight, and "being useless" when I'm any further back.
  • Rushing IE. In all fairness, I haven't kept up with the meta builds, but another player nicely suggested a different build path in the end game chat. No need for flaming. (Betcha if I'd asked my team, I woulda been flamed for "Not knowing how to play my champ")

I've got to get better, and there's few ways to do that. I'm not playing bots, because it's not good for practice. I'm not playing blinds, because I want to play a certain position. I want to get better before I play ranked. I'm not uninstalling, because I want to play this game.

I'm going to keep playing and keep trying to get better, and if you've got a problem with that... well, in all seriousness, post something constructive. Or go play ranked and have a better chance at getting matched with people at your supposedly much higher skill level. Find something better to do than flame people who are trying to improve themselves.

Anger is an emotion. Angry people are not overly logical. Angry people tend to act illogically.

Stop taking the words of angry people so seriously. It will benefit everyone involved.

Eh? I see no problem with warlords on Caitlyn. Dunno why getting harassed by that though. Because this guide here uses that same mastery. http://www.mobafire.com/league-of-legends/build/7-5-caitlyn-adc-in-depth-back-line-carry-470947

Your first back at 5 got yourself B.F. Sword and boots. Which is not bad for laning phase. So not doing enough damage statement from the player feels like he never played Caitlyn much to know how much damage she does at each stage of the game to well.

Most Caitlyn guides builds item 3085 or item 3031 first. Though, the more recent ones is item 3085. http://www.mobafire.com/league-of-legends/caitlyn-guide

Your CS at 26 minutes is 85, is pretty bad. Don't forget to get your farm up, which should happen naturally when you push the waves into their towers. And you can always take a few jg camps mid to late game for some extra gold and exp to help out.

~ The only problems I see from that match history is that you need to Ward more often, get more CS in general, and also roam more often. I see all your kills and deaths is all along your base and bot lane. After 10-15 minutes try help pushing mid or top lane for a bit while keeping the bot lane minions pushed up into the towers when roaming.

Other problems from getting kills and deaths is mostly positioning, which you should naturally improve on as you play more. As a Ranged AD Carry, you want to stand behind your front liners/tanks. So they can soak up most of the skill shots or both of you kite it if is a skill shot from a Varus for an example. As it will go through the tank and hit you as well.

I disagree that playing with bots for practice is useless. If you think they're too easy, try having beginner allies (no keystone) vs intermediate enemies (yes keystone), I had fun trying to win from 5v5 to 1v5 actually, with diff champs.
