Once I used scripts before, but now I reformed myself. (wrongfully banned)

Recently, I received email from Riot stated that my account was permanently banned due to the use of malicious 3rd party programs or modifications to your League of Legends client. I don't share my accounts to anybody and I'm the only one playing on this account. I don't use any scripts to gain advantage over other player. I strongly believed that this is wrongfully banned. Please re-investigate my case.

A little bit more about my background, I was once used scripts before. I used scripts on my main account in some game(like 4-8 games). It was the time that I had very hard time, trying to climb rank from silver 1 to gold V as a support main. I gave up and seeking around used scripts to help my game play. After a while, I stopped use the scripts as I thought it wasn't fair. Even if I could reach gold by using scripts, I'm not going to be proud of myself. However for what I have done in the past, it caught me up which results in received permanently banned. I spent a night considered for what I have done and give myself a chance to reform myself again. I felt guilty for what I have done and I'm sorry for what I have done wrongly.

With the desire to return to the Summoner Rift with justice. I noticed that have my second account (which I created a long time ago for playing with my low level friend, but he quit in the middle) when I tried to create a new account with my second email. By the time I was came back on this account again, it was around level 3( or 4 not quit sure). I restart everything, invested money and time on this account, and never touch scripts again. After about three weeks and a half leveling up my account, I reached about level 19, I got banned again. I'm very frustrate for what Riot done to me. Still, I calmed myself down and submitted a support ticket to player support. However, they still accused me for using malicious 3rd party programs or modifications to your League of Legends client. I didn't give up and replied another statement right away once I received their reply. I argued that I'm innocent this time. Unfortunately, they replied the same thing saying -

"In situations like this, we only take action against accounts when we are absolutely sure of our evidence. We also personally review every case like this to make sure that we haven't made any sort of error and I personally looked into this situation.

I understand that this isn't the answer you're looking for but given the evidence we have, we can't justify lifting the suspension on this account."

I knew that I was a cheater once and I reform myself by playing with fairness again. I hope League of Legends community and Riot will give me a chance to join the Summoner Rift again. I wish I could get my account back, as most of you know that leveling a new account is painful and I don't want to waste more money buying RP for buying champions as I already put money in this account.

p.s.1 If any of you doubt that I made a story up, I have an evidence ready to proof. p.s.2 English is not my first language. If I have any wrong grammar and it's bother you, I'm sorry for it Amumu p.s.3 If you question me that why don't I just start another new account again read down below. >"as most of you know that leveling a new account is painful and I don't want to waste more money buying RP for buying champions as I already put money in this account."

p.s.4 edit some typo

If you want to play on a new account, you need to be absolutely sure the scripts are no longer on the computer and the league files have not been tampered with.

If they are on the computer while playing on league, Riot is going to assume that you're using them. Uninstall league completely and delete all files to do with league. Completely nuke any trace of the cheating program from your hard-drive. Uninstall it (if it was installed), wipe any registry it may have created, and delete any file that it created.

Then re-install league.
