RIOT Defending the toxic players??

For the 2nd time in two days I've been on a 6 hour league binge, however now 3 times I've run into miserably toxic whiny abusive players in game and when the match ends and the post game lobby is loading my client crashes. It has only happened ever during 12+hours of gameplay when Im trying to get to report a true issue in the community, dozens of other regular games end and everything loads fine. It's as if some freaking magical guardian is preventing me from reporting these cancerous jerks.
