If you smurf you are the problem with league

Hi im new to league i have about 40-50 hours level 12 and im trying to learn and get better but every casual i play is full of smurfs im talking at least 2 per game plus that had 1,000+ hours and i go 1 and 10 every game when im just trying to learn it is the most frustrating thing when i do bad in lane and i have somebody that has 1,000+ hours telling me i suck i should uninstall and then go afk after about 13 min so i start talking trash back and what happens? I get banned for 14 days for being toxic this system for banning is bad and something needs to be done. So all i have to say to people that smurf and go try hard? You are the problem with the game you make people who are new not want to play and riot should ban people that do this it ruins a new players game when a person that knows everything about the game is talking trash to them when they should never be in there game to begin with and when they talk trash back they get banned. So to conclude if you smurf you deserve to have your account banned and you are the problem with new people trying to get into league (and i reported smurfs for trash talking me and they didnt get banned sa far as i know)

smurfs are in every game that you can make more than 1 account for such as overwatch and you cant 100% prove that they are smurfs they could just be really good for their level or you could just be worse than them so riot cant just ban an account just because someone is good for a level 12 and smashes. Think about it for a min lets say i come from dota and i have 2000 hours in dota and you have no experience in any moba i should be much better than you at farming and just playing a moba in general so for you to say on a smurf on league is not right and to ban him is not fair either. You could say that it wont happen much when that person is an experienced moba player besides league but you cant say they are not and then just ban them. Dont think of it as a smurf is making your game worse think of it as a chance to learn from what they are doing. Do you see how they manage waves or what they build? Maybe how they move around the map or how they ward but i do agree that calling a new player names for not being good is wrong but to do the same to them is not helping the problem. You must ask yourself did you call them names and trash talk them? If yes then you also broke the summoners code and you got punished for it regardless of what they did or if they got punished.
