Perma banned for no reason with no email to tell me why..

I recently was able to get my account back after awhile, i took a break from league for a week or so and i got back to me not being able to access my account, of course me knowing all the information i got access back to it, but when i logged on this morning the account was permenantly suspended and it didnt even send me an email. I sent a ticket to riot support and they havent even looked at it, though when i sent tickets for other reasons last week, they answered within an hour. I feel like riot is fucking with me here, did i get scammed out of my account by riot? I was just straight up banned, with no reason, and no explanation and every rioter is just shrugging me off like it doesnt matter.

Hello Kipsune,

We talked in the Boards Moderation discord. From what it looks like - one of two things happened. One, your account was compromised and locked due to support seeing suspicious activity (see Account Suspended FAQ) or you were banned for toxicity from the Instant Feedback System. Your best bet from here is to submit a support ticket and wait for a response. Due to the recent patch, they may be busy and it could be awhile before they can respond. Good luck!

Couldn't of been toxicity otherwise I would still be able to get into the client and it would've shown me logs of toxic behavior or a game that was considered toxic in any way shape or form. I would enter my information and click log in and it would instantly tell me I was suspended and to check my email.

There was a patch a couple days ago, and we had new content released earlier today. Due to that, it's not far-fetched that the ticket line is likely long right now so you're not getting an immediate response. It can take up to 2 days to get a response; don't bump your ticket either since that'll send you to the back of the line.

Ahh ok thank you, i just really hope i actually didnt get permad because im never toxic, i dont do anything against the rules, i just wanted to play on my account :(

If you aren't a toxic player (as you claim), then the only other logical reason would be that your personal information was compromised, thus your account would then have been permanently banned by Riot to prevent others from accessing it.

You'll need to wait for the response from the account recovery team e-mail. They must have seen something fishy happening so they locked the account until they know the actual owner has it.

Pretty much what LostFrost said. Just wait on them to get back to you and when they eventually do, explain the situation to them. It may take a few days for them to get back to you though.

If you ever notice that someone else has access to your account, the first thing to do is make a support ticket. If you just change your password or whatever, then when the other actions are noticed it looks like your account was compromised, and it gets locked.

If the other person who had access to your account used scripts, like many elo-boosting services, then it can also be banned for that. And since 3rd party software bans happen in waves, it could be some time after that your account gets hit.
