Perma banned for no reason with no email to tell me why..

I recently was able to get my account back after awhile, i took a break from league for a week or so and i got back to me not being able to access my account, of course me knowing all the information i got access back to it, but when i logged on this morning the account was permenantly suspended and it didnt even send me an email. I sent a ticket to riot support and they havent even looked at it, though when i sent tickets for other reasons last week, they answered within an hour. I feel like riot is fucking with me here, did i get scammed out of my account by riot? I was just straight up banned, with no reason, and no explanation and every rioter is just shrugging me off like it doesnt matter.

Hello Kipsune,

We talked in the Boards Moderation discord. From what it looks like - one of two things happened. One, your account was compromised and locked due to support seeing suspicious activity (see Account Suspended FAQ) or you were banned for toxicity from the Instant Feedback System. Your best bet from here is to submit a support ticket and wait for a response. Due to the recent patch, they may be busy and it could be awhile before they can respond. Good luck!

There was a patch a couple days ago, and we had new content released earlier today. Due to that, it's not far-fetched that the ticket line is likely long right now so you're not getting an immediate response. It can take up to 2 days to get a response; don't bump your ticket either since that'll send you to the back of the line.
