Check your spam folders/alternate email addresses. There's a chance the one you used to sign up with is not the same as your main.
Failing that, feel free to open a ticket with player support.
You can contact support to get a response.
But really, what were you expecting by using tyler1 in your name when he's someone who's banned on sight?
