your team mates just sits in fountain dancing/using emotes/etc.....cuz they're nnot AFK. but they just do that so they don't get busted by leave buster.

That is punished. Report it as AFK.
Yeah it is technically not away from the keyboard but he is not participating in the game either so yeah he should get punished as an afk and a griefer since he is griefing in the fountain

You can report it. I don't know if they are punished or not, no way to confirm it because you can't see CR's as a red line on an account when you look it up. However, it is punishable, certainly!
its called waiting for the game to be finished because people like you are holding them hostage.
It counts as being AFK or inting, if they're blowing summs and selling items.
First game of placements I've played and had this happen at 8 minutes. 8 fucking minutes lmao.
League has the shittiest community of any game I've ever played.
Last time I checked report tab , you could report players for giving up.
