Had a game this afternoon where some dude signs up as bot then goes jax jungle. He and his fizz duo mate start flaming me from the first second of the game. I ignore em and tell them that i'll report them, and that I have no idea why they're acting this way (I didnt even respond to him trollpicking)

result: 25 game chat restriction.

I appreciate riot wants to encourage good behavior, but it remains some sort of saintly quest that is never ever going to work. The mere fact that you can just make a new account is definitive proof to me that they're doing it to milk ppl for new skins rather than truly try to improve the community.

Bottom line: not a fan of this system (nor the champ select thing).

Either you hug and make nice while random ppl spit in your face for random reasons or you get shafted by the system. I truly find myself wondering what else I couldve done that game)
