Constant harassment directed towards your teammates as well as report calling to boot. This is not acceptable in any way, shape or form and only serves to make you look like a jerk. Also, if a player is performing poorly then chances are that they already know that. Because of that, they don't need you wasting time constantly harassing them over it.

Once again, more verbal harassment and report calling from you. Also, you're in no position to be laughing at others considering you've already received a 2-week ban yourself for exactly the kind of behavior that you've displayed in this game.

Now correct me if I'm wrong here, but to me this gives the impression that you've already given up and have stopped participating in the game. Maybe to you it's them just wasting time but maybe to them it's just trying to make a comeback if possible.

And once again, directing harassment towards Viktor, only this time in all-chat. You couldn't have just kept it in team chat, oh no, you had to go and bring it to all-chat as well for whatever reason there.
Conclusion: The reason that you got punished is because from the very start you went on an all-out crusade against your teammates simply for having poor performances that game. Not only that but you constantly called for reports against them as well. You should've learned from your 2-week ban and 35-games worth of chat restriction that this kind of behavior is unacceptable, but because you refused to do so and kept it up you got permabanned because of it. It wasn't just this game that got you punished either, oh no: it was this game+the many other games that you got valid reported in as well.
My advice: Don't call for reports, ever, as this is just considered harassment by both Riot and the general community as well. If you need to report someone then just do it without wasting time calling for reports against them. Also, just because someone is having a bad game doesn't give you the excuse nor the right to start verbally harassing them over it. That's not gonna get them to play better-more often than not it actually makes them perform worse instead. If you want to try to get your teammates to perform better, then try a little positive reinforcement and encouragement sometimes instead of just being a really negative jerk about it.
My verdict: Punish.

a) I'll keep this one simple: retaliation isn't OK. Reacting to a toxic player by being toxic just incites that player to be even worse--it also ruins the game for up to 8 other players. Why did you vote to punish me when others were behaving worse?
You should know that Riot specifically instructs jurors to ignore most of the conduct of people in a case other than the accused. The reason for this is rather simple: rather than one person causing trouble, you now have two or more. In my more cynical moments, I have phrased it thus:
Timmy, Tommy and Sarah are trapped in an elevator.
Timmy loses his temper and soils himself.
Tommy gets angry at the smell and decides to retaliate by soiling himself.
Now Sarah is trapped with two smelly idiots.
Dont be Timmy or Tommy. Stop ****ing your pants.
An informal poll of the Tribunal regulars shows that most jurors are willing to excuse a certain amount of response to someone who is attacking you, but that it isnt considered an excuse for you to become toxic in response. You get MAYBE one or two lines of response. Anything more than that and youre part of the problem.

- Most threats to report are just that: a threat and nothing more. Just mute and report them.
- You need to be reported in at least 15% of your games to see the Tribunal. A few reports here and there aren't going to get you in trouble as long as you don't let your frustration turn you toxic.
- Even if you go to Tribunal, rest assured that we do actually pardon people, as long as the case is clean. I suggest trying to play with friends if you're feeling stressed. Teamwork OP, yo.
- It might take longer than you like, but we get the bullies eventually. Then they come here and cry that they lost their account. Schadenfreude, it's what's for dinner.
Is there any way to remove my permaban?
Keep in mind that we dont have the power to remove your ban. Only Riot has that ability.
