Just a question, just as the title reads. Will Riot ever unban old accounts that were banned for toxicity (not cheats)? People should be given second chances just like President Clinton got.

You might be anonymous but you can be 100% confident that the account is being shared if it's 100 years old.

I don't know man. As new technologies and breakthroughs in science and medical fields progress, it is known fact that humans are living longer and longer. I'm sure I can be 100% confident that it is not inconceivable many people will still be alive when their account is 100 years old if they claim to have created the account when they were 10 years old or something (anonymity).
