Dear Riot

i am writing this bc i am now done with league, i am tired of fighting with trolls and ignorant people and when they do decide to troll, i have to pay for it with LP. Elo is not a fair system, though i have only been playing for a year, i believe in that years time i should not longer be in bronze 5. i am a decent player, but no where near pro. i cannot continue to go through this frustration and it is not worth it. it is a shame bc i have spent a good amount of money i will never get back, and the time i have dedicated to this game. too often i will be playing and get server dc and my brother will be next to me playing with no problems, and i pay penalty for it. this is completely rediculous. i also do not believe this game should be so specificially played requires the perfection of a pro to even get out of bronze. Also i am very sad about winning 6 of 10 promos and still getting placed in bronze 5 when my first season i was placed in bronze 3. i was a complete noob at that time and am baffled on how this works. i have a 50% win ratio right now and has been at 70%, but still cant even get out and stay out of bronze 5.

its a shame bc the game play is good, but the technical parts of this game however is not worth the frustration. ty for a year and good money wasted.
