So tired losing LP because someone "has to go" or just straight up disconnects no explaination and never to be heard from again. Why can't we get a remake after a player has left for a certain amount of time, maybe like same time as afk timer?

I'm guessing you don't mind gaining LP when someone on the other team has to do it, right?
This is, as always, the 4:5 proportion ; Unless you're also doing it, there are 4 people who could do this in your team, while there are 5 on the enemy team. This is therefore more likely to happen on the enemy team.
The other possibility, of course, is that you are CAUSING people to leave.
The potential for abuse is too high for this. If it's not within the first few minutes, it'll turn into an LP shelter for people and not good for the ranked system overall.
