SOMONE HACKED MY ACCOUNT AND GOT IT BANNED

PLEASE HELP RIOT

I haven't played on my account since November 24, 2016 and I recently got an e-mail stating my account has been permanently banned for "extremely toxic behavior". I need some help from a Riot employee ASAP. I am freaking out, I spent so much money on my account on skins and characters. I checked my match history on na.op.gg and there have been like 30+ games played since Nov 24.

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP I'M FREAKING OUT I WAS NOT TOXIC, I DID NOT PLAY ANY OF THESE GAMES, SOMEONE HAD ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT. HOW DO I FIX THIS? I've changed my password since then but I'm seriously freaking out someone please help me!

First, chillax. Once an account is suspected of being stolen it is automatically locked to prevent further damage. It's normal procedure.

Next, make sure that the e-mail you have attached to your account wasn't changed by scrolling up, hovering over your name and opening the "settings" part of the drop-down menu. This way you can make sure the ticket you send will be sent to the right person.

Then, you will need to send a ticket in to player support explaining what happened so that they can help you sort this out. https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us It usually takes about 2 business days so wait for their response. Sending another ticket will just put you to the end of the line again; we don't want that. :)

Submit a ticket to support and explain what happened. They should be able to verify that the account had been compromised. They have lifted bans from accounts in the past when this happens.

UPDATE: I called my brother to ask if he had been on my LoL account recently, and he admit that he has indeed been playing on my account. I DID NOT GIVE HIM PERMISSION TO GO ON MY ACCOUNT, OR MY PASSWORD. He figured out my password because I have the same one for everything, and abused that to log on to my account to play games of League, because his account was banned. I DID NOT APPROVE HIM PLAYING ON MY ACCOUNT, LET ALONE EVEN LOGGING ON TO THE CLIENT. HE DID ALL THIS WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND GOT MY ACCOUNT BANNED IN THE PROCESS.

I think it's absolutely ridiculous that I get banned for something someone else did, without my knowledge! I have included this information on a support ticket, what do you think are the chances that Riot will help me sort this through?
