Zielmann3 votesIf this was in-game, report it. If you feel like going farther with it, or if it happened in post-game or a chat message, take a screenshot and submit it in a ticket at support.riotgames.com.
But calling players out on the boards is against the rules. You'll need to edit the names out asap, or else this thread will probably be deleted shortly.

Zielmann1 votesAh, yeah. If you've got a screenshot, send it in. If not, you could at least paste the text into a ticket. They have a policy to not tell you the results of any investigation that may or may not result from a ticket, but that is pretty bad. Nearly instant-permaban worthy. I'm assuming that kind of talk isn't unusual for that person, and if that's the case, they likely will just get permabanned off a manual review.
