Please ban this behavior. I'm all for joking around and throwing around some insults. But this behavior needs to be banned.

Name shaming is against board rules. Delete it or you'll be punished instead.
Send in a support ticket.
If this was in-game, report it. If you feel like going farther with it, or if it happened in post-game or a chat message, take a screenshot and submit it in a ticket at support.riotgames.com.
But calling players out on the boards is against the rules. You'll need to edit the names out asap, or else this thread will probably be deleted shortly.
