Hi, first of all i wanna say sorry for what you are about to read, i am fully aware of my past behaviour in this game and of the words i've used. I just want to say i'm really sorry, i just want to play this game, i don't really know exactly when i got banned, i think 2-3 months ago, and i tought "ok i deserve it" but now i remember all the good times i had playing this game...even since season 1. I don't have other accounts, i invested all my time in this one. I know i had a terrible behaviour and i'm asking for absolution. Please. Below is the chatlog, of which i'm fully ashamed.

I never understood why people wait till they get permaban to finally decide to change. Like what goes through your mind when you get ban the first time, or the next one, or the one after that? Like you know you've done wrong and just ignore all that, then when you finally get permaban a lightbulb clicks and now you wanna change!

You insult them for being from Poland then you proceed to swear in romanian or whatever the fk language that is (i think its romanian cause of word "pula", heard it in WOW many times). Glad you got banned. Good riddance.

You still have a chance to reform. However, you do not have a chance to save this account anymore. The time for that was when you were punished the numerous times before.

Create a new account, act better, and you'll be able to play the game again.
