Wrongful Permanent Ban/Suspension

Hello, Today I received an email regarding a permanent suspension placed on my account for the following reason: "izasty was banned due to the use of malicious 3rd party programs or modifications to your League of Legends client". Never have i EVER used a third party program and I would never challenge the integrity of this game or put my account at risk by doing so. I have put so much into this account during my time playing this game and I would hate to lose it because some nonsense that is not even true. If I was wrongfully reported, I would like for that person(s) to receive punishment for getting me wrongfully suspended. Please help, I would like to be playing on my account again soon.

As the e-mail probably says, you should contact player support in order to discuss your ban. There you can have it escalated to an accounts specialist who can talk to you 1:1 about it.

I am in the same situation, I feel that although none of us have willingly put our accounts at risk, and it is just a program that is conflicting with the most recent updates (or something along that line)
