so... i recently was afk in my 1st game only because an accident happen and i was forced to go.after the match when i came back it said i will be unavailable in receiving in hextech keys/boxes(pretty much hextech loot) will this be permanent ?if not how much time will it take to leave. Thankyou.

LOL is very weird when it comes to punishments, they seem to punish pl who are unneeding of it, and do not punish the retards who run rampant daily, trolling us during every game. i myself have been hit with a "punishment" for a bad internet connection and having a real life soo. if i were you, i'd find a better game to play m8. they are not looking to help you with these problems, as i have spoken to moderators and they have the empathy of jack the ripper and the brain capacity of a gold fish.

Butt Ρlug1 votesYou're best bet is to fill a support ticket precisely describing your situation and be patient for a few days until it's solved, sometimes they make mistakes like that so maybe it's the case here.
Anyway usually hextech loot has nothing to do with afk, you usually just get low priority queue, but if you're often leaving games a punishment might be taken, which would explain your situation.
Did you received a low priority queue ? What was exactly this message about ? Because if it's a punishment ( you drop in honor and loose hextech loots ) then it's totally normal.
If it's really a mistake from riot and you havn't been punished they'll fix it.

sh1be1 votesIt's not permanent, for that match, you cannot receive loot, etc. Because you were afk, so lets say you get an S+, but you were afk long enough. Than you will not be receiving a chest. Any other match where you were not afk you will be eligible to obtain a chest/ key

sh1be1 votesIf you check your profile account you may not be eligible to earn chests and such. If you cannot earn loot at all even after you lvl up in honor or on your account. You should submit a ticket or come back to the board with a new thread.
