Unjustified permaban support ticket #21367883

So, got this email saying my account is permanently suspended for used of hack or script or whatnot. Was pretty suprised at first but not that worried since i know i never used any and proceeded to email riot support to know whats happening and get some answers. Since i know for a fact i never used any hacks or script i was pretty confident that the matter would be resolve.

However, with the 4-5 email i received from what riot call a customer service i am now pretty confident they don't really care about their players. Had this account for 4 years now, never hacked, never scripted, never bothered to even know how since i don't really care about doing it. Now the only answer i get after getting my aco%%%% banned is sorry mate, can't tell you why and how or when but we know you hack, trust us.

Well no i don't trust you since i know i never used any of what you guys claim i did, so i would really like for someone with a minimum of serious to give me a logical explaination other then trust us we the boss. I mean, as i am looking through the board i see a lot of discussion regarding unjustified ban and i can only think that you guys most now know your system is kinda flawed so i can you say hey trust us we 100% sure...

Anyway hope this gets somewhere even though i highly doubt it if i relate to other post and the preivous answer you guys gave me, shame on you riot.

Often times the valid permabans where the summoner has no idea what happened are one of the following (not saying they apply, just listing what support may not have):

Third party program the person thought was allowed is being used (usually a visual mod to the client that has other features the person may not be aware of that affect the client).
Someone else played on the account and used third party programs to cheat (red flag is sudden summoner spell shifts and super win streaks combined with shifted item builds and godlike champ performance).
The person bought an account which was botted to 30.

If the above don't apply at all to you then I'm not sure what happened.

You have to remember Riot Support Team probably gets thousands of ticket for this, probably hearing the same excuses time and time again. Obviously something you did triggered the detection of 3rd party programs. Is there anything on your computer that could have done that? Have you used boosting services, or like others have said giving your account information to another person/friend. All of those are against the rules and are all grouped with the use of 3rd party program bans. If not try and find an actual person to look over again at your account. They obviously arent going to tell you what or why it caused the detection for obvious reasons, but their system does work because a lot of people will claim they did nothing wrong in their topic, then in their replies claim that they given their account info to someone else which basically means they broke the rules!

They are really strict and from what I hear almost never undo a decision to ban. Maybe they will in your case, but I sort of doubt it unfortunately. I wonder how many thousands, maybe millions? of dollars they've made off of banned accounts. Better start your new account, sorry man.

hopefully you will resolve this, I've heard that the riot support system is garbage although thankfully I've never had to deal with it firsthand

Most of the "Unjust Ban" posts i see are along the lines of... "Well i said something awful and i've had a warning already but this isn't fair."

And it's kinda hard to feel sorry for them since they're clearly breaking rules.

However i feel for you here man and the thought of this happening to me scares the poop out of me. Having spent so much freaking time and money on this account i'd be lost if rito just decided "hey you're a hacker and you're banned forever."

riot bans in waves for 3rd party stuff so thats why you see a lot of threads now. and im pretty sure riot wouldnt randomly ban ppl for no reason

Riot support has threatened to, and I quote, "seek to end your ability to continue any correspondence with us permanently" because I don't feel like doing nothing about their unjust ban. It's not the greatest system. Although I've never heard of a case of their ability

I've heard of people continuing their tickets for months, so I don't really know how (without swearing or anything like that) I managed to get them mad at me so fast. Best you can do is keep ticketing, because it's quickly becoming apparent that yes, that does get to them, and yes, it gets something back to the system.

Won't get you much, most likely, but Riot would have to look to change the system if enough people made it a bother. The main problem is that since nobody believes there's false positives, it's not even bad publicity for them, so they don't have much reason to increase the precision of the system.

from april 8-11th looks like you had someone else play on your account. often boosters use 3rd party programs to help them climb faster.

Did you ever share you acount with someone else? Like for boosting for example? Just trying to help you figure out what could have caused it, I'm not accusing you of this.
