So, got this email saying my account is permanently suspended for used of hack or script or whatnot. Was pretty suprised at first but not that worried since i know i never used any and proceeded to email riot support to know whats happening and get some answers. Since i know for a fact i never used any hacks or script i was pretty confident that the matter would be resolve.

However, with the 4-5 email i received from what riot call a customer service i am now pretty confident they don't really care about their players. Had this account for 4 years now, never hacked, never scripted, never bothered to even know how since i don't really care about doing it. Now the only answer i get after getting my aco%%%% banned is sorry mate, can't tell you why and how or when but we know you hack, trust us.

Well no i don't trust you since i know i never used any of what you guys claim i did, so i would really like for someone with a minimum of serious to give me a logical explaination other then trust us we the boss. I mean, as i am looking through the board i see a lot of discussion regarding unjustified ban and i can only think that you guys most now know your system is kinda flawed so i can you say hey trust us we 100% sure...

Anyway hope this gets somewhere even though i highly doubt it if i relate to other post and the preivous answer you guys gave me, shame on you riot.

Often times the valid permabans where the summoner has no idea what happened are one of the following (not saying they apply, just listing what support may not have):

  1. Third party program the person thought was allowed is being used (usually a visual mod to the client that has other features the person may not be aware of that affect the client).
  2. Someone else played on the account and used third party programs to cheat (red flag is sudden summoner spell shifts and super win streaks combined with shifted item builds and godlike champ performance).
  3. The person bought an account which was botted to 30.

If the above don't apply at all to you then I'm not sure what happened.

You have to remember Riot Support Team probably gets thousands of ticket for this, probably hearing the same excuses time and time again. Obviously something you did triggered the detection of 3rd party programs. Is there anything on your computer that could have done that? Have you used boosting services, or like others have said giving your account information to another person/friend. All of those are against the rules and are all grouped with the use of 3rd party program bans. If not try and find an actual person to look over again at your account. They obviously arent going to tell you what or why it caused the detection for obvious reasons, but their system does work because a lot of people will claim they did nothing wrong in their topic, then in their replies claim that they given their account info to someone else which basically means they broke the rules!

hopefully you will resolve this, I've heard that the riot support system is garbage although thankfully I've never had to deal with it firsthand

They are really strict and from what I hear almost never undo a decision to ban. Maybe they will in your case, but I sort of doubt it unfortunately. I wonder how many thousands, maybe millions? of dollars they've made off of banned accounts. Better start your new account, sorry man.

Most of the "Unjust Ban" posts i see are along the lines of... "Well i said something awful and i've had a warning already but this isn't fair."

And it's kinda hard to feel sorry for them since they're clearly breaking rules.

However i feel for you here man and the thought of this happening to me scares the poop out of me. Having spent so much freaking time and money on this account i'd be lost if rito just decided "hey you're a hacker and you're banned forever."

riot bans in waves for 3rd party stuff so thats why you see a lot of threads now. and im pretty sure riot wouldnt randomly ban ppl for no reason

Did you ever share you acount with someone else? Like for boosting for example? Just trying to help you figure out what could have caused it, I'm not accusing you of this.

Riot support has threatened to, and I quote, "seek to end your ability to continue any correspondence with us permanently" because I don't feel like doing nothing about their unjust ban. It's not the greatest system. Although I've never heard of a case of their ability

I've heard of people continuing their tickets for months, so I don't really know how (without swearing or anything like that) I managed to get them mad at me so fast. Best you can do is keep ticketing, because it's quickly becoming apparent that yes, that does get to them, and yes, it gets something back to the system.

Won't get you much, most likely, but Riot would have to look to change the system if enough people made it a bother. The main problem is that since nobody believes there's false positives, it's not even bad publicity for them, so they don't have much reason to increase the precision of the system.

from april 8-11th looks like you had someone else play on your account. often boosters use 3rd party programs to help them climb faster.

From what i see from the above mentionned:

I played during those game with a very good adc guy, now was he a smurf for a friend or what not i don't know, I sup for him once and he said he would want to duo if i play supp for him. I mainly won i lot because i was following him around and he we were communicating and he was givimng me tips in everygame, pretty friendly. Since i saw he was clearly better then me i asked him lots of question and as i want to better my game i read lots of stuff on forums and been recently playing with some of my friend in gold before those date also which helped me a lot to. I changed summoner and hot keys since i was trying out stuff on information i was given by friends. after those date i actually kepted some setting some i changed again. I mean, we can't modify our setting on the fact that it might set a red flag, how stupid is this.

I have been playing league for what 4 years, and if you see my number of game this season you will see that i played quite a lot, never bothered to climb that much, was silver 1 in season 4 and didnt play that much in season 5. Now that i wanted to climb a bit to be at same lvl then my gold friend, they helped me with tips and i read a lot so yeah i try stuff out and i change some stuff when i see it doesnt work. Funny that you mentionned the 8-11 as being very good but i have same kind of stats on other supp that werent played in that period like braum. In my other season i have some champ with 77% win rate at the end of season never caused problem and never cheated to get to it. Why now i wonder. I play on different computers, but as far as i know there is nothing that interfere with lol other then a vpn i guess with my company, but other then that curse and skype or discord probably don't cause problem.

you have a 81% win rate on Janna this year with 27 games played this season. played Janna 3 games season 5 with a 2-1 record and 0 games in season 4... you don't have the same kind of stats on other champions...

Oh so i guess i must missread my 77% winrate win rate xin xhao in pass season and all my over 60% winrate and like i said i was playing with a good adc on those game. I mean its not that hard to protect a good adc. All my supp have good stats btw

like i said, 81%, no other champion was that good. and all your other supports don't have the KDA of "your" Janna.

I have champ with kda close to it my lux for exemple and then the other are above 4. I me an its not like I had under 2 kda and then aller of à sudden boom 6. Had a higher winrate and kda with lux until 25 game or sont and was not bothered for it.

You only restate à weak argument to say the least whitout taking any of what I say into account. Anyway not here to debate with you Who have a fix idea on the matter.

And if you cared to look so much into my stats, you can see that in all the game i did janna on that winstreak, i did win but because that adc was owning the shit, look at his damage. Not like i was carrying on my own with script....

you said support. you didn't play Lux support and you don't have similar stats with your other supports as Janna. I addressed your points, and they aren't valid.

You adress my point? This has to be the most dishonest arguments i have seen. So the fact that i have a champ with similar KDA is not related cause its not a supp, sure mate good one. Also you said i don't have supp with similar stats. hmm lets see

braum kda 4.23, 85% malph kda 4.81, 81% alist 4.44, 75% Sona 4.07, 100%

and lux which i have a kda of 5.23 plays similar to janna in a way.

and i have bunch of champ with high kda and win rate, the fact that you don't aknoledge this is really dishonest. yes there are less game on those supp but still stats are there. Also the fact that you never come back on the fact that i did play with a good adc during my games with janna is also dishonest from your end. Lets be real janna is dominating and not really mechanicly chalenging atm. So i guess i can have same kda on lux but hey dont you dare get that on another champ. And god forbid you play with good players i mean that is hacking right? Now i lost enough time with you have fun with your flawed logic there

all with low pick rate too. the ali games and malph support games were played in the time frame of question.

i never said anything about your adc, so how am i dishonest about that?
