Just wondering, seen some players int/afk on the pbe without any penalty, and I know the accounts are linked. I don't think this should be ok, because it is hard to test new features when you have 3 afk teammates consistently. 
Not right now, but doesn't mean they don't have the capability of tracing it back to a main account on the real servers and manually punishing the account.
I don't know what it is, but PBE seemed to be infinitely more toxic than the normal servers
No. I'm pretty sure that since they are different servers a Ban on PBE is just on PBE.
