Ranked system

At last ranked I've got a special surptise from Riot games. I am silver, about 2 414 MMR. I have go to my team xin zhao 1000 MMR, absolutly new player in rankeds. He's got score 0/11. Why do players with MMR 2 000+ get to team newbie and enemy not ? :) It was easy lose cuz of enemy renekton 9/0 and flamy evelynn like a bonus!!! I don't know what to do but this was not absolutly mistake of 3 more players.. I feel liek reports are stupid for xin cuz it was not his mistake to play with higher elo players than him right? The same when I started, I played with diamonds and platinas. WTF RITO ? :/ :/ :/
