Perma Banned, Riot will you give me a chance?

  • Well, about a few weeks ago I had been playing ranked with some players in a lower division than me. They proceeded to troll me in game and this happened for about 3 games in a row. I had said some things in chat that were pretty aggressive but nothing racial or too over the top. I realized after these three games I had made a mistake and did some thinking about my own play. Realizing hey I wasn't playing so well either or what could I have done better. But within about 30 minutes after I stopped playing ranked my chat disconnected, so I logged out and re log back in only to find myself perma banned. Gold 3 with probably around 200 to 300 dollars invested in things like skins, chests, etc. Before I was banned I had literally just received my loot back FOR GOOD BEHAVIOR. I climbed from silver 4 to GOLD 2, Gold 2 being my peak but I was banned at 85 LP In gold 3. I really don't understand Riot, I had been doing so well if you check my logs previous to those 3 games I haven't flamed anyone at all and have been leading my teams to victory. Making it too gold was so hard for me, I really tried my hardest and I finally made it there. I was breezing my way through gold to be plat soon. Now All I'm left with is a depressed feeling knowing my account is gone forever and all the time i spent was wasted due to only 3 games. I hope someone from Riot can read this and try to understand how unfair this is. I made stellar improvements and it showed with how I was climbing, Now I have no accounts and no motivation to even play the game anymore. I've sent in support tickets and explained my side of the story plenty, Nothing was done for me, each response was just as automated as the last. "There's nothing we can do for you" YOU could do something Riot, you could try to understand that I had a few bad games, And I am truly sorry for that. My higher elo friends that I played with had even sent in support tickets for me because they knew I wasn't a toxic player. I hope someone from Riot takes the time to check my account out and really investigate I don't feel that a perma ban was necessary I never EVER received any chat bans, it went straight to a perma ban. Doesn't really seem fair, I'm a higher elo player I would not have made it as far as I did being toxic, I lost all the money I spent and the time I spent grinding countless hours to get where I wanted to be. I LOVE LEAGUE OF LEGENDS, I REALLY DO. I don't want to quit but I feel completely betrayed by Riot. I have played league since 2010 and I'm a loyal customer and a true fan. Is there really nothing you can do to help me riot?

How much you've spend on league doesn't give you a free pass to be toxic. You had previous chat restrictions, which were your warnings. They gave you a 2nd chance, and probably even a 3rd chance, which you blew. They didn't betray you, you simply didn't learn from your prior punishments.

I read the majority of this, I'm sorry to say you already had multiple chances. Chat restrictions, 2 week bans, and now the perma. I understand that you were improving and you seem quite passionate. The best thing you can do is make another account and try not to be toxic.

I now finished the entire thing, and it says it went straight to perma, I'm pretty sure you just get perma banned unless you're like Tyler1.

Your mistake was spending money on a game that can take away your ability to play it at their will. For that reason, I will never spend money on this game.

I'm not finding consistencies with your explaination. You are saying you didn't say anything "over the top" but yet you got banned (and apparently you have never been warned before). Yet, you say your behaviors are improving (implying your behaviors were worse prior to this ban). You also said, "I have no accounts" .... .meaning a possibility more than 1 has been permabanned.

Maybe my detective work is off, but here is a guess.

I think you may have been banned on previous accounts for toxic behavior. Riot had you flagged for past behaviors and your instaban (on this account you speak of) had no leeway or slack. This is why you were quickly upgraded to a permaban.

That or you have been warned and don't remember........or you are lying.

Of course, there is the possibility you are in the small small small minority that got permabanned by mistake. If so, Riot will get back to you eventually and correct the mistake.

I didn't read past the title because 'wall of text'.

If you truly believe you were unjustly banned, put in a support ticket.... I was unjustly banned by what I believe to have been a drunken Riot member or a rogue Riot member that had it out for me. I put in a support ticket and it was eventually overturned after a great deal of disrespect that Riot levied against me. Justice eventually won over the extreme abuse that was directed to me during the appeal process by people intended to be on the player's side within said department.

That being said, if you were truly guilty , then you have no avenue to pursue beyond starting a new account.

ignore this game, ignore their bans, some of which make no sense at all. Why even care about such a company and their product? Let them and their community alone and see how they go bankrupt soon or close LoL for lack of any intelligence at their games. They support trolls who gang bang other people. If you can´t learn to mute people in this hell of a community...you are banned like I will be soon. I also answer the trolls and when people spit at me, I spit back (then they report me with their Teamspeak Gang). This is nothing for us.

And how you lost the privilege to earn loot?
