Account got banned and i haven't recieved a reason why.

So i did the update and resumed to login after it finishes to then recieve a text saying my account has been banned and to check my email for details. Yet there is no email sent that explains why. Honestly i hope this was some kind of mistake but if i really did wrong then i'd like to know.

Have you checked to

  1. Make sure it's the correct email account you're looking at?
  2. Make sure your email account is spelled correctly?
  3. Your email spam filter, which in the past, has been known to sometimes snag the emails?
  4. Submitted a ticket to support about it?

Those are probably the four best steps to observe

Odd. Please check something real quick. Does it say Banned or Suspended? These two things are not the same in this case.

As i sign in a box pops up saying Player Banned This account have been permanently suspended. Please check the email address associated with your league of legends account for additional details.
