Perma banned with no explanantion or prior warnings at all

I just got perma banned with no explanatory emails (I have made sure I'm using the right email and checked all the folders), no prior warnings, chat restrictions, no nothing really. I'm not toxic there are many close friends of mine that I play with regularly that can attest to that, I don't script, and yeah, I get tilted and upset from time to time but I have NO CLUE why I would've been banned especially permanently. I submitted a ticket and someone said they were transferring me to the "billing" department, I don't know what that department has to do with bans but hopefully Riot will fix this and unban my account because I did nothing to deserve this.

Have you bought RP recently? It could be that there's an error with the payment.

Have you tried to buy anything since the client upgrade? Perhaps there was a glitch with it that caused it to be declined. Riot does lock the accounts for player safety, and it will say that the account has been suspended. It would seem very likely if they sent you over to the billing department. Hopefully they get you sorted out and back on the rift soon!
