Um wait a while probably. also blocking doesn't stop them from being in your games.

It's one thing to run into same guy in the next game, but also to have him on your team rather than opponent team....and not once but twice, on the same side at it.

And what exactly do u think "report" and "block" do? Reports can only suggest investigation on account and block only stops them from sending u friend requests.

i had more than one person imply to me that BLOCKING prevents any further matches together. so of course i thought i wasnt going to see their face again. after dodging because im not getting locked into another 40+ min troll match i got a 15 min wait timer, hence me killing time complaining here.

just wait a couple minutes before queueing again. don't you see he's just queueing up with you at the same time, thus being matched up again and again?

You just have to stop playing. You're in some troll Queue (theoretical) or playing during a certain time of day when they are active. Play normals or something.
