Here is what happened. The automatic ban system or whatever it's called banned me for typing "kys" in the post-game chat. In my defense, that was an inside joke between me and my friend referring to when I was banned a year ago on my main account, and everyone had left already when I typed "kys". I was frustrated because we had a toxic player on our team who sat in the fountain at 4mins and kept being negative throughout the whole game. I was try harding that game even though it was an URF game that we won 4v5. Out of frustration and as a joke between my friend and I, I just typed "**** **** kys" in the post-game chat when EVERYONE had left the lobby. I know the repercussions of telling something to "kys" so I wouldn't dare telling any player to do so. I don't want to lose my honor level because of this mistake, I had 0 intention of actually flaming another player.

And before you say anything about my username... It's just a joke.

It took support 3 days to reply to my ticket, and I am pretty sure he/she did not read my ticket thoroughly because he/she said that telling players to kill themselves is not tolerated, but I never actually told anyone to kill themselves. I replied to his/her reply and I don't want to wait another 4 days for an answer, especially when I don't deserve to be banned.

This is not cool, and makes me think that Riot Games doesn't care about the community. You're just going to punish me for a joke that was never meant to target anyone in specific? My honor, my rewards are going to be disabled because of this stupid mistake on Riot's autoban system?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Why lie in the title if you're just going to give the truth in the body of the post? You were banned for typing KYS. That's not "no reason".

So, you were probing the system and found an edge case. I don't really think there's much value in working on a fix for this, as almost no one is going to try it. I also don't think you're entitled to an expedited response. You were aware what you were doing was sketchy.

And before you say anything about my username... It's just a joke.

Translation: "I'm aware my username is objectionable."

There are traffic lights with cameras that record and fee u if u pass with red light.

It doesnt matter if there is traffic or no cars, if u pass with red in that cross of road y get a fee.

U were in a chatboard controlled bu ifs and triggered the system.

If there really wasn't anybody else in the lobby then you could try another support ticket. BE polite, persistent, and make it very clear that everyone had left. Anyway, if you're telling the truth then good luck with things, if you're not being truthful, then I'm glad the system caught you.

In the future use a private channel like discord or direct messages if you want to talk like that with a friend. There's no reason to take your chances with it. Also you could have been punished for other things that game.
