How to appeal a 14 day suspension. Reported by abusive trolls

Is there a way to appeal a bad given the circumstances that the reports were based off trolling and that i have pending worlds quests to do?? I don't see why the computer is allowed to allocate bans for any given person without actually reading and looking at what has happened. I feel singled out especially from that game. I was picked at and abused yet im receiving a ban?

Not fair if you ask me considering ive spent loads on this game and have pending quests to do. Not cool riot... not cool!

Id like a support email or number to call if possible. This is my actual hard earned money being put down the drain because of trolls

Generally speaking, who reports you is not taken into account when the system (or Riot) is determining punishments. The computer does "read" (more like analyze) the chat logs it is provided - i.e. your chat logs, any time anyone reports you. All reports are equal and they are not multiplicative/additive - one report from anyone in a game will cause the game to be reviewed. Your punishment (or pardon) is based solely on your behavior in the game.

If you'd post your chat logs (without editing - no context, no deletions, no additions) we can help you identify why you were punished. Also, please tell us when your last chat restriction(s) were (if you've had any).

You can send a ticket to Riot Support, although it may take a day or two before you hear back. You can also, if you want a faster response, post your chat logs here and we can give them a once-over to let you know if sending a ticket will have any chance of success -- some members of the community here are really knowledgeable about the punishment system and what Riot considers unacceptable.

Ahhh. If you retaliated and got an immediate 14-day ban, you may have run afoul of one of Riot's zero-tolerance policies, which usually include hate speech or encouragements to self-harm. Those will not be overturned, if they are present.

Riot's stance is that no amount of abuse gives you a free pass to abuse someone back. Any player who abuses another, for any reason, is subject to potential punishment.

Gifting is very nice. Retaliation and toxicity detracts from the nice things you do, being nice sometimes does not diminish the negative things that we do in life unfortunately and it only serves to undermine any good things you feel you may do.

This is very toxic, retaliation? Your negative comms began at the start of the game when someone died. Print this and show it to your closest family members and friends but only if you believe they would approve and not see you differently, go ask your mother and grandmother and closest relatives if you should deserve the ban.

They will be honest with you.

Utilizing hate speech (both what's censored with %%%% and the word "retard" as an insult) is not acceptable, and will result in an immediate 14 day suspension as a "final warning". Riot has a zero tolerance policy towards hate speech.

So this is all already pretty toxic, sadly. You're constantly abusing your team, and most of your log is cursing AT them or talking about how awful they are. That's not respectful or sportsmanlike behavior, and will lead to punishment.

In general, cursing is fine...but only when it's not used to attack another player. "That was bloody fucking insane. I can't believe we survived that clusterfuck of a fight" is 100% okay. "Shut the fuck up and stop being a bitch" is not.

Here's the bigger problem though:

This is hate speech, and Riot has a zero-tolerance policy for it. I'm sorry to say that it's not worth your time to send in a ticket -- there is a 100% certainty that Riot will uphold this ban.
