Toxicity in the "smurf" community

Most of the people i play with after my permaban are gold or higher"smurfs" aka toxic permabanned people, it's gotten to the point where being down 2 kills is a "GGEZ" from half of my team, and them deciding to flame everyone else for it. Can you ban passive agressive people too please? Spampinging my flash when i accidentally press it just makes me want to kill the twat irl. I greet everyone and try to calm the toxic shitstains down, but they think i'm at fault then.
