How do i report such an offense? I have a screenshot of the offending players.

Make a support ticket.
The "Support" link in the nav-bar of this page will start you off.
which is pretty funny, when you consider posting toxic behavior is punished faster and more often than actual toxic behavior
Don't post it here, especially if it shows names, because that's against the rules.
The best methods are to report in-game or send a ticket to Player Support.
Send it to riot. Also after the game in the report category you can report for hateful/racial/homophobic slurs.
