Ban time is over yet still can't log in.

So my ban says it will end on August 17th (today) so I went to the support ticket and the Rioter said at 16:52:32 PDT, which atm it is, on military time, 17:32 PDT and I'm still not unbanned. It just continues to say that my suspension will end on August 17th everytime I try to log in. Is there a Rioter that could perhaps help me with this? Thanks!
