Ok so I don't understand why its ok for Riot to perma ban someones account after the fact that someone drops over $500 in the game only to loose it all. This is more about third party users. I understand banning people who use script but why would they ban people for custom skins? Can they not find a way to tell the difference so that we can have custom skins and not get banned for them. Leave a comment why you believe they should or shouldn't be allowed.

Using custom skins isn't against the rules. Wooxy has never gotten someone banned because it doesn't alter game files in a way that other skin swapping third party programs do. And those other third party programs DO have some sort of change within them (jungle timers etc).

Third Party Bans are the most accurate because the second you hit inject, your packets are being sent to Riot, and Riot servers can read the details of what you're using. If they were only using custom skins, they wouldn't be banned.

Holy shit you can get banned for that? I think that's pretty stupid IMO. TBH I think it's objectively better to buy a skin rather than use a custom one if the custom one is the same as the ones League offers. Simply because of commodity and other people can see it as well, don't know why it'd be bannable though, even if it was a completely different skin, like Inuyasha Yasuo or something like that

They've defined what are acceptable add-ons and what aren't. Custom skins essentially ruin the whole point of them working on and releasing skins.

As far as your monetary claim - it makes no difference. You do not get to break the rules simply because you've dropped money on the game. Furthermore, you agree that all transactions are final and that Riot may ban your account whenever they deem necessary when you agree to the terms of service.
