Pairing

I know i'm not by myself in this thought i think there needs to be a better system for pairing folks for team games i run in to the same things that make this game sour such as afks lots on ranked and all other game play it seems to be no development in the skills of team mates everyone is so pissed from losing multiple games at a time we do not have the patents or time to type and tell others what to do all and every game in my early days of game play i would get 1 or to wins out of 5 games now your lucky to get 1 win out of 10 losses some of us want to be in the championship games i am one of them i think i would do great but i do not see how with the many plagues the thrive in this game i think the intentions of the designers are great but must be tweaked
